The JBJ type sandwich mixer is mainly used for dissolving and mixing various coagulants and disinfectants in water plants and sewage treatment plants.
Structure and working principle
The device is installed with a clamp wall and is directly driven by a vertical motor to drive the paddle to stir. The water body is diluted with the added coagulant or coagulant aid solution in a certain proportion and then stirred by the mixer to achieve the desired concentration and prevent sedimentation.
Main features
1. The paddle board is straight, easy to manufacture, with radial circulation, blocked by a baffle, strong stirring intensity, fast mixing and dilution speed, and uniform mixing;
2. Strong adaptability to concentration changes and stable performance;
3. The angle and immersion depth of the paddle board are adjustable, making it easy to install and disassemble the entire machine;
4. Low energy consumption and strong corrosion resistance.
